if it is a jpg file there's nothing left to do but if its bmp for eg you can change it to a smaller file as it is jpg...you need adobe or something like that

gah its a jpg...I just swear you can make them smaller...my friend made a ton of mine smaller for me.. but shes not around so I cant get her to do these aswell...meh...theres definately nothing I can do?

You have to compress the photo using image compression software. You can get some at http://www.xat.com/ and download "Image Optimizer". It's only a demo version, so if you wanna be able to *save* the compressed picture, you have to buy/regiter the program. Kinda dumb. Either that, or you can crack it. Just PM me if you want a valid serial number for Image Optimizer. :)
