Jambalaya?

You don't know what it is? Why, it's only one of the best things ever. It's a dish consisting of rice and meat (It can be anything, but sausage is the most common.), and it's cooked with spices. It's creole cuisine, so I guess I can understand why you as a Kiwi wouldn't know about it.

 

Lemon meringue pie? Swallow. I had some the other day, actually. It was quite nice.

 

Egg rolls?
