We had to run the mile every quarter when I was in 11th grade, but we only did it twice when I was in 12th grade for some reason.

I don't remember. I just used the search function.

We run it twice every year, in middle school for BMI, but in high school just for endurance, i love running it because of field hockey now tho. and iPods, thank god for iPods XD

I have to leave now. :disappointed:

Hi! ... ... .. and bye! :(

:laugh3:

Stephan!

Laura!!

We have those stupid long fast runs every friday

:escaping:!

We weren't allowed to have iPods at school. :blank: We weren't even allowed to bring them with us on trips, but some people did anyway.

i hated running in HS and middle school... I would always feel sick, and be short of breath and sort of wheeze. Even only like a 1/4 or 1/3 a mile

I can never see how people can do the marathon.

Me too. I'm so jealous of people who can run for so long.

We don't need running at school here, we already have to run to get on time for the bus :laugh3:

I don't have an exercise bike though I do like to go biking. I've never kept track though.

So wait you jog 6 miles? or bike? (i'm guessing jog which is impressive and something I could never do.)

whats IBS?

Biking is fun and a good workout.

I run/jog 6 miles or so, with a little walking in it.

IBS is irritable bowl syndrome. Look it up, it's a bitch. If not for that I could easily go 10 miles.

cool! that's really awesome you can get that far... I have enough trouble doing a 1/2 mile haha. That sucks you have that, but it's still great you can run that far.

Did you build it up to 6 miles overtime?

When you bike how far do you usually go?

helloooooooooo i am a car gasoline makes me run back seats XDDDD

Thanks.

At first I was really bad, I would get those terrible side pains where it hurts to breath. But after a few weeks it went away and I could quickly build up my distance.

As far as biking, I use the bike at the gym, so I don't pay attention to the mileage but the time. I put it on high resistance to build more muscle and I'm usually studying while I'm on the bike. My goal is 100 miles in one day, once/if I can do that then I'm biking to Georgia and back with my brother.

lolwhat?

some jeff dunham thing my friends and i always sing XD
