i'm pretty glad my parents were cool with the music i wanted to listen to. when i was 12 i was really into rap and that was fine, even with the lyrics. then as i got older they got me into a lot of good stuff like portishead, radiohead, massive attack, the fall, pere ubu. it didn't matter if it was weird or the lyrics were explicit, it was art.

Like in Sit Down Stand Up is bad, because it's all like "welcome to the jaws of hell" or something. :wacky:
