stone temple pilots, metric, emma pollock, the divine comedy, british sea power, trentemoller, james, quasi, damien jurado, laura veirs, tunngs, basia bulat.

i'll have to listen to a few of those. i'm not too up on new music. been delving into the vault for the last 6 months other than the new cocorosie album. which of those would you recommend to try first?

 

second year of a three year course, but i did two years of a four year teaching degree before i dropped out so it feels like i've been at uni forever!

round me is great. small towns nearby but loads of countryside, then in the great scheme of things half an hour in the car from the likes of manchester and liverpool, and half an hour the other way to the lake district which is beautiful. best of both worlds :smug:

 

i do prefer the countryside though. much more peaceful and the people are friendlier
