@ Crests: What is the flood situation right now in Manitoba? I read about a spring flood threatening central parts of the country - and Manitoba province being threatened by Red River and tributaries that might be breaching dams. Some roads are closed.

 

Are you directly affected by all this? Are there new plans of sandbagging?
