I got a new really nice used stereo for a (late) christmas present ( the kid left a CD in {System of a down} hatem) It has a really good bass boost and I was listening to clocks when I realized the the bass isn't constantly going, its only going on the off beats of the snare soo its like: B=bass s=snare sBBsBBsBsBBsBBsBsBBsBBsB etc etc I thought it was the same for snare except the bass was going on every beat.
