Good night everybody! :nice:

Top Tips to Strip and how to put the Tease into a Striptease

Ok, so perhaps this isn’t something that you’d whip out on your first few dates – but there’s nothing wrong with undressing and impressing your man with something a little extra special every now and again.

At first the idea can be a bit nerve-wracking – especially as his sole attention is going to be focussed entirely on you. Even the most confident of girls can feel a bit overwhelmed – so here are Advice for Girls’ tips on how to titillate your man with a tantalising striptease.

Striptease Outfit

First of all, you need to get the outfit right. Wear something you feel comfortable in (but not your Bridget Jones pants) – because otherwise you’ll feel too self conscious. It’s hard to go wrong with a bit of black lace. How far you want to go with your striptease outfit is up to you. You can leave the nipple tassels to Dita Von Teese – but if you fancy giving them a whirl then Ann Summers can help you out; just make sure you use fake eyelash glue to stick them on as you don’t want them to be a permanent fixture and leave the Catherine Wheel to fireworks night and not the bedroom. Most men we know go wild when you drape the tassely bit across their lips, chest or other parts. (And you can put them on under a bra so it’s a Brucey Bonus when you whip it off to reveal twinkly nipple tassles underneath).

Really, it’s all about the accessories. A hat (trilby works well, avoid straw sunhats) can be the first item to sexily toss aside. A feather boa is good for both tickling and tying him up with. Then long gloves and of course stockings are a staple of every good strippers wardrobe. You don’t need to spend a fortune and Claire’s Accessories is a good bet for a striptease on a budget.

A dining chair is a handy prop (see the Carmen Electra positions below) and you can re-create your very own Sharon Stone movie moments along the way.

Striptease Mood – lighting and music

Candle light is probably the most flattering of all (just keep your feather boa away from it) or a lamp in the corner of the room. Only the very bold would attempt this with full overhead lighting (but go girl if you do)!

Music is very much a personal choice – we’d suggest avoiding the Full Monty cheese or anything too fast, it’s a striptease and not aerobics after all – you want to keep your energy for the great sex you’re going to have afterwards. All the feedback we got was that men really don’t care about the music at all!

Striptease Showtime!

Keep it slow, this is why it’s call a tease! You don’t want to have taken everything off by the time the first chorus comes around. It’s all about the a-n-t-i-c-i-p-a-t-i-o-n.

Make sure you maintain eye contact or shy glances over the shoulder when you have your back to him.

Pause between taking off each garment and eek out your performance with a few sultry dance moves – Burlesque Queen Jo King from the famous London School of Striptease recommends rotating your hips in a a slow circle both clockwise and anti-clockwise and then in a figure of eight to drive him wild with desire.

Watch the video below to give you a suggested showreel and practice at home first!
