Same thing goes for the English-speaking people: The "j" doesn't exist in English, so why should you know how to pronounce it?!

Nah, for me it's okay. But some people tend to say "v" instead.

I always just though the J in Spanish sounded like an H. :uhoh:

It doesn't, it's more like you breath out very hard ... I don't know how to describe it. The same sound exists in German too, so we don't really have problems with that. But we usually can't "roll" the r.

My old Spanish teacher said when he went to Germany, he got laughed at for rolling his R's while speaking German. He doesn't even have an accent or anything, he's like 1/8 Spanish or something...

I can roll my R's. :braces:

I can roll it too, baby! :D

We're awesome. :awesome:

I think we scared Nick away. :uhoh:

Yes, we are. :awesome:

I already taught him something about geography earlier today. I'm becoming his personal teacher. :wacky:

I like geography, but I've never taken any sort of geography class in school.

We had to take geography in school, but I also had to know the whole map of Great Britain for an exam at the uni.

No wonder you know so much about Great Britain. :P

I don't know that much, just a few things I remember from the course. We also had to learn stuff like "What's the nickname of the queen?" I don't really remember the answer to that one anymore ...

Nickname for the queen? I didn't know there was one... unless it's head of state or whatever. :P

No. :P It was something funny.

 I found my old exams ... I'm gonna post some questions for you. :laugh3:

Okay, but I'm going to fail.
