Most newsagents should sell them, along with phone shops like carphonewarehouse etc. You might want to check if your phone is unlocked though

There are plenty of shops where you can get them UNlocked anyway.;)

And if that doesn't work, I'm sure perhaps one of those awesome Coldplayers you'll be hanging out with might let you borrow their int'l texting capable phones to keep me updated, while I'm sitting all the way in California on my birthday, wanting to be in London, drowning myself in Coldplay on my ipod, waiting for a Tampa announcement, right? Right? Remember, it's 8 hours earlier here... I bet I'll still be awake the night before, when you start queing up in the morning.

Oh Dianne!!!! Someone also told me that they were told their Verizon cell phone wouldn't work and they got over there and it was working:rolleyes: I will blog on the Tampa thread from the hotel's computer!!!

you don't necessarily need your cell company to do the unlocking... ;)

And if you look in the mobile-phone companies shops themselves and ask for free sims they will quite offen give you one in exchange for say £5 top-up, so unless you plan to use your phone an awful lot and your on a terrible roaming tariffs, it's not really that worth-while.
