msn messenger problem

Featured Replies

I am having a problem with my msn messenger.

when I log in there I get a message saying that there is a more recent version of it avaible and that I have to download it otherwise I can't log in anymore. So I downloaded it, but I can't log in this version either, because there is always some error....argh....did anybody else have this problem? What can I do?

I think you have had one too many pervy chats, and it's decided to call it a day.

i.e it self destructed.

Hmm delete it and download it again..maybe it did not d/l right the first time

I think I know the problem:

I am not using an original microsoft software on my computer....that's why these updates always fail (happened with my media player as well....)....shit

Good luck! I know it's frustrating! Happened with me also and I couldn't update it and it wouldn't let me log in at all.. so I deleted everything and download it again & it worked...

I deleted the new version and downloaded and installed it again, but it still doesn't work....now I will download the older version again, but I am afraid this won't work either...

It would be the first time I have heard the WGA tool disabling windows live messenger :(

Bloody thing

What do you mean start having them on here? That ship has sailed many years ago.

I'll have to chat to you on msn then....:p

i had the same thing at first with the latest version, downloaded the older one back, it worked, tried the new one later and it works now fine.
