I was just reading about Coldplay on Wikipedia, and I came upon this...

 

At their 20 and 21 June 2009, shows in Vancouver, British Columbia, the band announced that they had chosen the Vancouver shows to film concert footage, the only shows on the tour that would be recorded to create a concert film.

 

Why hasn't this been more publicized? Doesn't this pretty much confirm a VLV Tour DVD?

Because it's not entirely true. Wembley has been filmed as was Chicago (2008).

I really think it's time we had a new live DVD...my Live 2003 is pretty knackered now!

They film every show for in their archive. Some of that things are in the DVD. I think

Coldplay confirmed the How we saw the world part 1 dvd in 2006... but I'm still waiting for it :D....

I'm still waiting to buy the 2003 DVD and I have people spectating there is another Tour Diary coming out? :laugh3:

I would be very supprised if they don't come out with a new DVD. It has been their biggest tour. But, I am not expecting anything.
