we call it "golden wedding" in Germany...I don't know how common that expression is in other countries....you celebrate it if a couple has been married for 50 years...:blush:

what I just love about all of them that we aren't cheesy....we know that we love each other but we would never show it in a cheesy way...like hugging, kissing, etc...that's so special about my family...and this is what I love most about all of them...we do it, but not too much like many people I know do...

@Julia: Well, that sounds pretty honest to me. You don't need to hug all the time to show that you care.
