GOING TO THE ORTHODONTIST TOMORROW!

Featured Replies

I felt like hitting someone last time i went to the orthodontist,

which was only on Wednesday.

I left school early and waited for over 45 minutes

for him to put an elastic thing on it.

:bigcry: It took him less than 2 minutes.

Like WTF!

Going again on wednesday.

So is it a 2.30 appointment?

I just got my braces off in July. Let me tell you, it hurts more when you get them off then it does getting them on. But, it's all worth it. :dozey:

When I was getting them on it didn't hurt, it was just really uncomfortable.

And before removing them, did the dentist say "Brace yourself"?

I've never naturally lost a tooth; I had to get all of my baby teeth pulled plus some adult teeth that had unsavable cavities or just needed to be removed to reduce crowding. When I was in the 4th grade, I got seven pulled without any novocaine (just the gel they use to numb you for a bit right before they give you the novocaine shot). and then this year I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and get a gum graft (Where they take some gum from one part of your mouth and sew it on to another part of your mouth). I got what I hope are the two last teeth to get pulled from my mouth last week...

I got my braces a couple years ago and every visit I make to the orthodontist, I just think about how much closer I am to getting to the point where is going to be worth it in the end.

Hahahaha!

That may have been the first pun of yours I could really understand! :laugh3:
