I ordered my first item through the Coldplay store on Saturday, November 7. It was the weekend, and as online retailers do, the item never gets processed until the following work day. Well, it is Monday, and when I click on "Order Status", it still says, "Shipping info for this order is not available.".

 

Shouldn't the tracking number and such be posted? Or am I just being impatient? :p

Maybe there's a processing day, just to get the order in the system, prepped and such.

 

Just be patient, and don't worry... :)

It's been two weeks now, and I have yet to see a status for my order. Is this normal?

but i waited for 2 weeks for it to come here..

 

so wait another week,and then call them..

 

or for make sure it has been ordered,call them now..

It takes forever to get stuff from the store. It took my stuff over a month to come.

I called Live Nation last night, and they said it's just getting packaged, so it should be here soon.
