I got a new laptop, and I'm transferring stuff. Right now I'm doing it by a wireless network but it's going slow, is there a faster way to do it?

I was gonna say to use a hard-drive

That's probably the easiest way, get an external hard-drive and copy & paste from the old laptop to the hard-drive, than copy and paste from the external to the new laptop.

 

If you had a desktop I would have suggested ripping out the hard-drive of the old computer and placing it in a spare slot on your new computer to copy and paste the files over.

Or if an external hard-drive is unable, you can try and track down a usb file transfer thingie, plugs into both computers and allows the transfer of files between them.
