I was listening to the song (shock horror!!!) and I wondered what the effects were that Jonny used to record (Or likewise to play it live, I'm sure there's not much of a difference) the song, coz they are pretty interesting effects, they make it sound sorta synth-y, if you know what I mean.

 

So, if anyone has any clue, that'd be great!

Yeah, I would like to know this too!!! It sounds amazing live!! You can also really hear it in the stripped version of Viva La Vida.
