Or is it likely Phil changed his mobile number when the band got really big and this image started appearing on the net?

I'm in Australia. I don't want to be charged outrageously for an international call.

 

EDIT: Ok, so I tried anyway. My provider advises that the number I have dialled is incomplete or incorrect. Upon closer inspection, this is true. British mobile numbers must have an extra digit or something...now I DO need someone else (preferably in Britain) to dial it.

I bet you're the first person to ever try this.
