TheNextChris
I have an acoustic electric guitar, but I'm not sure exactly how to amplify it. Do I need a special amp? I bought an RP90 effects unit, and it has a bypass mode. Can I plug my acoustic into that on bypass? Thanks!
HandyAndy136
Not actually sure, to be honest... I have an acoustic/electric too, and I have a special amp, but I don't think it's completely necessary. Try Google.
DMcU
Hi, I have an acoustic elec, I bought a 16 watt Kustom amp. They are about 150 sheets but well worth it. It has 2 inputs so you can plug your guitar in and also a mike, keyboard or cd etc. The settings it has really do allow you to make the most of the acoustic/elec sound. I love it and it also works very well with an elec guitar, esp if you're into the clean reverb coldpaly sound.

TyM218
It's snot necessary really, but if you only play acoustic then you'd probably want an acoustic amp. When it comes to acoustic amps fender is the way to go.
