As we’ve already reported, Coldplay will be releasing a live DVD on November 11, but now the band’s diehard Canadian fans will have the opportunity to experience the Coldplay Live 2003 DVD on the big screen the day before it hits stores.

The live performance, filmed at Sydney’s Horden Pavilion in July, will be previewed at 10 Famous Players theatres across the country. Although the concert was in support of the band’s latest album, A Rush Of Blood To The Head, it also features all the Coldplay favorites, a new track "Moses" and the rarity "See You Soon," off the band’s first Parlophone release, The Blue Room EP.

Coldplay enthusiasts will also appreciate one of the DVD’s special features: a 40-minute tour diary documentary. This footage takes a behind the scenes look at the band during this past tour which included stops in Los Angeles, Denver, Madrid and London, just to name a few.

In addition to viewing the DVD before anyone else, fans who go to the preview will be among the first to be able to buy the disc, courtesy of HMV Canada.

Tickets for the event are $10 and are available for advanced purchase online starting today. For more information visit http://www.famousplayers.com. The following are the participating locations and times for the theatre screenings:
