Have I Gone Soft?

I think it has to do with how you change emotionally....I had some sort of the same development...I used to listen to music which showed how bad this world is and I used to be all depressed and stuff...I think I cried regularly while I was listening to this music. This is has changed esp. since I am not a teenager anymore....well, since I don't go to school anymore I guess.....I would rather listen to love songs now and yes I also cry at the end films which I never did some years ago...

I think it depends on how you see the world. I used to have such a bad view about everything, esp. about life and love in general....but I've changed within the years...I kinda like that...I don't want to listen to depressing music again and crying my heart out...no.

Hmm yeah. I guess it's a good thing. I didn't cry with the messed up song though... I just enjoyed them..

And I dunno about the being more positive cause I've always been a pessimist and still kind of am but I guess I agree on the new view on everything.. cause I guess that has changed.

I guess I don't mind it sometimes. Like a weird as it is... sometimes I like to watch sad things just for a good miserable cry. It's like comforting in a way. I know a few people who do actaully like a good cry.

It's just odd cause I'm not used to being this emotional about things.

But I'm glad for you that there's been some kind of change in your life that's made you more positive and happier. :)

I'm very "soft" ,I think it's 8 of 10 :D I'm listening to Coldplay everyday , so I cry actually nearly 3 times a week when i'm listening to Coldplay, before my periode can i cry nearly everyday , hahah .... And if I listen to Fix you or see the live concert from 2003 , then i cry like a idiot, I screm and cry haha .. xD

It's odd because whenever someone else cries, I get teary eyed or cry myself even if it's a movie and I don't give a damn about them. So I'm probably a four. But music has never made me cry.

I've been told I have "male ego problems" so I'm not soft at all. I have been known to tear up during sports films so I guess that's some soft points.

it was just that that was the funniest thing i've ever read on the board

I'm lucky in that periods don't really affect my mood at all :lips:

oh....

I don't cry...I just get teary eyed there is a difference!

Fight Fight Fight :lips:

when it comes to physical activities one of them will be too teary eyed to defend themself

I was kidding about Rudy, I don't really like the movie as much as most people but that speech is great.

I'd kick the shit out of that guy and I wouldn't be teary eye'd because I'm a man and I can handle it

:laugh3:

To the first post, I've been getting the same way lately.

Like, I'm suddenly obsessed with bright girly colours and happier music and stuffs. :freak:

I always cry during movies though. Even TV shows. :uhoh:

I almost never cry during music or movies... I can feel like crying while listening to music but I've only ever properly cried a couple of times.

I'm a softie. But not the lovey dovey songs kind of a softie. But I tear up quite easily when things get to me. Children/Animal related movies usually do it. Anything with animals, honestly. Sometimes the beauty of an animal show can make me tear up, always been like that hehe.

Some romantic movies have got to me on some occasions too though.. Like Eternal Sunshine.. such a good movie. Things like that. But I admit my softiness!

I tear up at sad movies and that's about it.

Or if something really shit happens at the end of a bad day :laugh3:

Like before I had a really bad day and was really annoyed, so i cleaned up my room to try to forget about things... my cat then jumped up on my dresser and knocked everything off :bigcry: I was like NOOO FUUUU >.< :blank:

I cried in I Am Legend when Will Smith had to strangle his dog :blank:
