Does anyone use voice recognition software?

Featured Replies

Got my hands on a free copy of Nuance's NaturallySpeaking v10 but not really used it in anger yet.

Anyone use this kind of software for dictating, school/work/blogs/emails etc? Or is it generally regarded as just something for folk with RSI problems?

I have something like that on my computer. It never works properly though...haha....probably my new zealand accent...

My cellphone randomly says "speak for voice protection" and I go "wtf!" and then nothing happens :blank:

That sounds like a good name for a band.

There should be one on Windows for dictating etc, maybe it's in Control Panel? Anyway, it works fine for me, but I never use it :P
