Hi there,

 

Sometime last year when the works council was 1st set up, I emailed and also posted a letter in the suggestion box. I nevar got any sort of response.

One that I felt that was a very well thought out suggestion, of which would have helped both COLT however most importantly possible retention of good staff.

Recently I also sent an email complaining about the lighting situation yet again I never got a response.

 

It seems to me, that the works council only seems to be interested in their own agenda that they choose and if something does not fit it to this, they are not interested. I would like to thank you all for all your non help over the years, and just cluttering up our work place with your propaganda, and promoting of far left unions whom seem hell bent causing trouble for all.

 

I would love to know what you all actually do.

First of all just keep in mind improving things is far from being easy.

Then every single mail is read and the topics are introduced to the company.

Our failure: we might not have time to answer all the mails sorry.

We do receive lots of mails.

The light issue is being dealt with testing has been done and this topic as well as the cabling issue is still on the negociation table.

Other topics brought by our colleagues are being dealt with on a day to day basis.

Improvements when it exists and there´s been might not appear obvious but …if you look around you ll see them.

Interesting…Ugt is not far left by the way.

We do not believe or at least one of the two unions that we do so but true enough we acted for the strike which as you might have read did not cause that many trouble anyway and was needed as we have to think about our future,your future.

We spend lots of our time to help and only to help.

You are more than welcome to talk to us when you see us here or on internet.

It would be much easier for us to just do a very basic job, less stressfull etc…but no we do do our best.

 

 

Next week if you do work and as I ll be on an early shift I ll be delighted to talk to you and tell you what we are working on.
