Aww. :(

You better go to the doctor tomorrow and tell him about your plans and that you need help asap.

I so hope you can make it in time, but we'll keep a spot for you in the queue.

It wouldn't help if I went to the doctor unfortunately...I need to see a phyiscal therapist again....and that won't happen before monday...:(

But I will go to that concert.....I am just so pissed, because I have been really looking forward to the day in düsseldorf not only the concert...now it will just be a hurry after work......booooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

ah please

I guess nobody can help me

But I just want to know if anybody else has been having this....

I was sat up in my bed some hours ago and suddenly my right side (head, neck shoulder) started aching like crazy.

Now I am led down. I can't move properly anymore and it keeps getting worse...my right arm is aching and my right shoulder is aching like hell....like a blockade...

my head is aching, too now...

and my back has been aching a bit all day long (and the left arm even though the pain is worst on the right side....but when I press my left shoulder I feel pain, too....

pinched nerve?

God it is awful....I am actually crying right now....boooooooooooo

I honestly hope you get some sort of relief soon . I'm sad that you're in all that pain :(

Eugh. :( I get that a lot. Not fun.

Take some painkillers- the more your muscles react to pain, the more they will spasm, and the more they spasm the more they hurt, and the more pain there is for them to react to. If you cut off the pain for awhile the cycle can be broken somewhat. Do you have anyone who can give you a back rub where all the muscle knots are? Heat and cold (one than the other) should help too. I take a really hot bath when my back is acting up like that. They're not as good as seeing a chiropractor or physical therapist, but it will help you survive until you can.

I took painkillers today, because I was at work and I knew it wouldn't help to go home, because that wouldn't have made the pain any better. I am usually not the one to take painkillers, but I guess it is like the only thing I can do right now.

It hasn't been as bad as it was last time so far, but it is still bad and last time I was led in my bed which is like the worst thing....so that stage is yet to come tonight...

I am just wondering if it will always be back again so fast. That'd be awful. My mum said I should build up some muscles in my back. I think I need some special exercise for that. I get exercise as much as I can ....I do "nordic walking" (yeah I know that is for losers, but since my back is being a loser it is one of the better things I can do for it)...swimming should be a good way to do that too.....working so much doesn't help though, esp. now that it is 6 days a week I don't get anything done...aching back, seeing a physical therapist, work out a plan to get rid of that shit....I feel a bit overstrained right now.

haha I can't wait for christmas. I wish I was a student again:wacky:

and thanks guys:hug:

I will try to get to the physical therapist as soon as I can....

I'm rather pissed at the moment, because of work and ahhhh I was looking forward to a nice day with you guys and now this...

What part of your back is it? When I swam we did some awesome dry-land conditioning things to strengthen the rotational cuff, which is usually very prone to injury; you get some elastic things and tie them to a pole or whatever, then you just hold your elbows near your body and your arms at a 45 degree angle up, and rotate them back a bunch of times. That's a good exercise you can do pretty easily, and if you ever have time you should swim as well, because swimming really toughens up your back/shoulder muscles really really well and that helps stabilize all your joints and bones.

Talk to your physical therapist about it, I'm sure he/she can help more than I can. I hope you feel better soon D:

I will try to go to the physical therapist tomorrow early in the morning.....right now it pretty much looks like I can't go to the concert tomorrow....it makes me really sad.

But it is going through my whole body. Head, shoulders, neck, back, arms,....it even feels like there is some kind of blockade in my throat and when I am sitting for too long my ass starts aching too:sad:

I feel like an old cripple...stupid fuck

thank you guys:hug:

awww no julzer  I thought you had gotten rid of the stupid pain :disappointed:

I hope you were able to go to the physical therapist today and that he/she knew how to fix it
