hahahahahaha. I have tree trunk legs! I keep them well covered up with trousers or me knee boots. :-D

It may give you arthritis in the long run but the most immediate problem is bad circulation which will cause problems too! Deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins etc etc..... in other words - try and avoid doing it!!!! :D

Oh dear lord.

:D I think at 15 though it will take a lot longer to happen though Maria. If you stop now you probably haven;t caused any damage. :D So I wouldn't worry!

I will say bye now cos I have lots to do here before I go home.

Lossa love!!! 8)

Mrs O'Driscool (intentional spelling!!) is only saying that because she hates to see young ladies sitting any other way than bolt upright with their knees firmly together! :? She's probably frigid! :o :D

My teacher (Miss O'Neill) made my friend stand on one leg for the whole of a lesson once (nearly an hour), because she'd been tipping her chair back on its two back legs. "If you gairls MUST make your chairs carry you with only HALF their total number of legs on the floor, then YOU shall be made to stand on only half YOUR total number of legs!"

 god that sounds drastic. one teacher used to just say she hoped we'd all fall off our chairs, but i always thought she was joking - i'm not so sure now :? :)
