I feel that talking now about people that I know that committed suicide or attempted just isn't right after you have to go through such a lost. :S

there have been a few people in my village who commit suicide....

Someone in my immediate family attempted suicide a few years ago.

And a family friend succeeded at it.

And I had a few rather suicidal friends.

A close family friend had a son who committed suicide (I didn't know the son well because he had moved away before I was old enough to remember him). I also know a girl who's sister committed suicide last year.

 

It's awful to think that some people feel that death is the only way out of whatever they're going through. It's heartbreaking to think about. :(
