"LAD Rock" is basically loud, dumb, unimaginative music aimed at typical English "LADS" the sort of people who go around wearing Chino's and TOMs just because that's what is perceived as "cool"

 

Obviously that's not to say that all Vaccines fans are larger swilling, chinos wearing, crowd following idiots, but a lot of them.
