mc_squared
Yeah. Only a complete tool could like them better than the originals. Now is anyone going to come on and say the singer from Atrocity has a better voice than Morten Harket? You'd have to be a complete popularity seeking moron though.... I still can't get over the fact that anyone could seriously suggest GaGa is better than Chris Martin or Coldplay in any shape or form. For the sake of humanity, I really hope they're joking!:stunned: It's a bit like saying Accrington Stanley are better than Man U!

May be a good singer but it doesn't mean you have a good voice. And plus Gaga's songs are fucking horrific.

A lot of the contestants on the likes of American Idol and X Factor actually have decent singing voices, but how many of them are actually good? Having a "perfect" singing voice actually means naff all at the end of the day. Take Charlotte Church, for example (yes, please take her).

Take a song like Clocks or The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonite and they are so powerful and distinctively sung because of the voice.

You couldn't say the likes of the Gallagher brothers, Michael Stipe or Morrissey have brilliant voices, but who cares? It's completely irrelevant.:dozey:
