Let's see...

Breakfast: Cheerios w/ milk and a banana.

Lunch (well, this is weekends; school days are different): Salad (with feta cheese :dazzled:), a glass of milk, a PB & J sandwich, a Granny Smith apple.

Dinner: Broccoli and either fish, beans, or spaghetti, all with a glass of milk.

Dessert: another apple.

Did you know that it's actually healthier to eat a variety of foods rather than the same day after day (even if your same meal is extremely healthy)? Usually your body winds up lacking in a certain vitamin / mineral.

. . . Wow, I sound really snooty when I say that :P

EDIT: And now that I say that, you probably do already know that. . . . I'll just continue to sit over here in this corner quietly . . .

Well, it's not exactly the same. Sometimes I'll have raisins instead of a banana, my lunch is different during school days (carrots, sandwich, and either clementines or grapes) and besides broccoli, my dinner varies from day to day.

You're correct when you say that I already knew that information. However, I doubt that I'm going to die any time soon.

Bye!

Are you still here, Yam? :uhoh:

That makes two of us. :awesome:

I have a healthy food addiction. :blank:
