It's an Ice Cream shop. It has the best Ice cream ever (besides gelato)!

It's an American ice cream shop, but I believe there are some in other countries. There is one in London...I think in Harrods or something, and there's one in Bangkok, the Capitol of Thailand, but other than that...I don't know.
