it's coming out quite nicely, i'm looking forward to seeing it finished

It's just a sketch so far, and there's A LOT of mistakes, but for a first try (which that is) it's okay . . . especially since I'm not used to realism.

10 year ago, man... i still have some memories but i was a little kiddo then so at that time i didn't bother that much, but i knew this was serious stuff going on... we did drawings in class about what happened during our holidays and it was like a week after it happened and most of us drew the twin towers etc.

I know, but NY and Washington are the places that were hit hardest (physical damage anyway) and I was just in 1st grade when it happened. I didn't understand, I thought I had better things to do, but I know now I didn't. What is a 6 year old supposed to make of it though?!

i think it kind of represents there is an innocence of children... small children then... i mean at that time, nothing we could do, nothing we had to worry about and noting to be blamed for. you see the cruelty in the world is coming from the adults... i fear becoming such a person one day, that acts wrong when knowing that he's wrong.
