I don't have my real flag for two reasons; 1st.- No one knows where Chile is, and If they know, they can hardly recognise the flag (But I'm a proud to be Chilean!) and 2nd.- Because I have a long story with New Zealand (even though people, at a first look, say it's from Australia)

I'm very darn proud to be from and still live in Ireland :smug: :P

hahahaha! I would be proud too! I'm very proud to be from CHILE!

So it really doesn't matter what flag I have!

:D very true

You're probably right, because I know where Chile is but I don't think I've ever seen the flag before.

Yup, pretty much.

I am too! Did you knew Chile is also part of "America"?

well the entire continent it's called America, the bottom it's the South, the middle is called Centre America or whatver you called it there (America Central for us)and there is also North America

We go by South, North, and Central America. We never call it simply "America" because that would be technically refering to us...

Wrong there! Technically/Theoretically the term is used for the hole continent, not just The United States of America

In Geography and History at school, and I've read it everywhere in my books

lmao stop it you two....doesn't matter about technicality, though, by just saying 'america' most people would take you to mean 'USA' 'cuz that's like the most powerful country in any 'America', North, South, Central or United! lol

hey that flag in your av isn't the Chilean flag, is it?? that almost looks like the Texas Flag (Lone Star State!) accept the blue column runs all the way down (instead of the red coming across).

see, we do live in small world, with minute differences! ;-)

I've never read that, or been taught that in school. Ah, actually, the 'Americas', not just America, was the term used to describe the whole continent as I recall, I was taught that actually...hmmm...

Whatever! I know I'm right! And that's my flag, the one in my avatar, but don't even compare it with the Texan flag! Please!

whoa! okay dude/ (with age zero!! lmao)

just thought i'd be friendly with ya!

hahahahaha! Don't worry, I never said you weren't!  :D

Hmmm, let me think about that.... No

;)

I am, and you knowi t's true!

Divide is right, AFAIK. 'Americas' the plural form relates to the two continents (you're even wrong about calling South and North America as just one continent...it's two continents, not one!)

I mean, America it's the whole thing! and American it's divided into 3 "parts": North, Central and South America!  :P :D
