So i didnt see a thread like this. Post what song you are thankful Coldplay has made and released and why! Maybe it's a different song everyday.

 

I am thankful for Talk, because it's spacy,future,rock theme is soo cool! Thanks Coldplay! :)

Good thread! I am thankful for so many songs, really! It's hard to choose.

So today I'll say I'm thankful for Sleeping Sun. It's such a fun song, it's musically interesting, it shows the band's versatility. It just makes me happy when I hear it.

I'm thankful for most songs.. Some of them helped me through hard times. :)

I'm thankful for Fix You, without which I might not have found out about Coldplay.

I'm thankful they created Viva La Vida, this song made me Coldplay fan... Because I heard it on the radio every day and I wanted to know what song it was and from whom.

I think mine has to be Christmas Lights. It's the first song I noticed of theirs, which in turn made me watch them live at Glastonbury... The rest is history :)

I had a car full of kids singing Viva La Vida in the summer of 2009. 2 weeks later I asked my sons what song that was so I could look it up on youtube. I mimicked it to them but they just couldn't tell what I was talking about. It took another 2 yrs before I could come across another song (Fix You) by them.
