I'm hungry and have lots of groceries in my apartment. What should i make?? No pasta..i've had enough of it for this week.

...and salad is okay...if it's got good dressing and lots of other intersting things like nuts or fruits

btw do you have a recipe for chicken fajitas? do you marinate the chicken?

hahah you get that kinda salad at those snazzy salad bar places (Sweet Tomatoes or Fresh Choice). You can make some home too...but making salad at home is a real chore....i hardly ever eat salad at home! :dozey:

you can marinate the chicken if you want an extra punch of flavour, but i find if you just cook the chicken with some salt and olive oil..it'll do just fine. I mean, you have other yummy stuff in the fajita to give it a lot of flavour. :)

Sweet Tomatoes is snazzy?? Nordstrom is snazzy, but they seel some good salads. I've never heard of Fresh Choice.

 

 

What else do you put in your fajitas?

peppers...cheese.....it really depends on what i have in my apartment..today i just had red and green peppers and cheese.
