1st CP video

 

I remember it vividly. It was 8th October 2000 I was flipping channels and fell on MTV and stopped; it was 'Yellow' and I was mesmerized. I loved the song immediately and was completely taken by this lovely moon-faced boy walking along a beach. The 'Yellow' video always stuck with me because it reminds me of the opposite of the Verve's video for 'Bittersweet Symphony'. As soon as the video was over I jumped onto my computer and did a search for Coldplay. I had to wait until December of that year to get 'Parachutes'; it wasn't released in Denver until then.
