It won't be long now until the man with the perfectly round head, Karl Pilkington, is reluctantly pushed out into the world by Ricky Gervais yet again for the third and final edition of An Idiot Abroad. However, this time Karl won't be alone, as Life's Too Short star and former Ewok Warwick Davis will be joining him.

 

Sky1 have confirmed that the first instalment of An Idiot Abroad's three-part swan song will air Friday, November 30 at 9pm. Digital Spy were lucky enough to see a bit of the new series, which follows the pair as they recreate Marco Polo's journey from Italy to China, and we can confirm that it's still bloody hilarious.

 

Granted, seeing Warwick genuinely enjoy the experience does kind of water down the show. But then scenes like the one where Karl loudly expresses his fears about an Indian holy man who's shouting obscenities, thrashing on the floor and punching a fire are pure comedy gold. So basically, we're still very much looking forward to it.

I really like Karl Pilkington but I just don't think there's much more we haven't seen from him and the team
