Milfeulle30 Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 I'm often stressed too, due to a lot of reasons =_= what I do: 1. Yes, Listen to Coldplay (also helps when I get mad xD) 2. Do something that'll make you happy. Don't get guilty procrastinating sometimes, it's part of relieving your stress! :) During our evaluation exams (16 cumulative problem solving exams for 4 months- very stressful!) before I review my lessons, I practice playing the piano and watch my fav. tv shows bec. that makes me happy, and when you're happy you actually do things faster. 3.
