Ways to reduce stress

I'm often stressed too, due to a lot of reasons =_= what I do:

1. Yes, Listen to Coldplay (also helps when I get mad xD)

2. Do something that'll make you happy. Don't get guilty procrastinating sometimes, it's part of relieving your stress! :)

During our evaluation exams (16 cumulative problem solving exams for 4 months- very stressful!) before I review my lessons, I practice playing the piano and watch my fav. tv shows bec. that makes me happy, and when you're happy you actually do things faster.

3. Sleep early and eat good food.

4. Then look at Guy's picture thread :lol::rolleyes:
