Chris likes to play his chords in very untraditional ways so I have a suspicion, based on the sound of the guitar as well as history that he's doing something unique here. Actually the tuning is DGDGAd, not DADGAd. You can hear it when Chris singing "in the rain...the raaainn..". In that second "rain" the second string is clearly open and tuned to G. Therefore the chords are: verse 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 7 7 7>5* 5 7 7 7 5 5 4 3 2 "in the rain.../" 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 3 0 5 2 4 4 0 2 X X 0 ;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
