I love this version so much that it got me to post after being a 6+ year long lurker on these forums. I think these are accurate chords with the exception of the first chord of the chorus. Maybe someone can help with that one.

 

The tuning (low to high) is Eb, Ab, Db, Ab, Ab, Eb.
