So I was listening to World Turned upside down, and the words are this:

X&Y, the land sea rivers trees the stars the sky

 

and later he says

you, and me,

 

So, X&Y means You&Me

 

 

"You and me are floating on a tidal wave"

 

Along with that, every song has the words "you" and "me" in it, except the following:
