To upload a profile picture, go under Settings on top of the page, and then scroll down the left side until you see Edit Avatar. That will take you to a page where you can upload an image (there is a size limit but I can't remember what it is). I hope that helps! :)

^ Or, if you're using the app, keep clicking on the left-hand corner until you get the menu that pops out from the side. Then, click on the little head near the top of the screen to go to your profile. Once there, click on the default profile picture and it will give you an option to upload/take a photo.

Though being an online fan is new to me. I didn't know about this website until recently, I wish I had known about it before!
