whatever I think age thing is unnecessary because If the education is PERFECT in every country there won't be any needs of age average.

well the thing here is that kids get very wild at times....They are driving when they are drunk & pretty much just end up crashing and die...& since there has been many incidents like that, that's why they moved it up to 21... I think they should move it down....to at least 20
