Yes, you see the bellybutton is very reluctant to leave its home so you must make it feel unwelcome so it's more willing to pop out.

 

Try not washing it, stop talking to it and feeding it! Also try drawing another bellybutton to the surrounding area and lavish the second button with affection so the first gets jealous!

 

All this should be done 48 hours before the buttonectomy. The button also gets upset if you buy me presents, so you should do that! :dozey:
