Well, just yesterday the book "Life in Technicolor - A Celebration Of Coldplay" was released. It is a big book with lots of pictures and is written by Debs Wild, discoverer and close friend of the band. There are other inofficial biographies which however all have lots of blatant inaccuracies, so not sure there are that recommendable...

They do have slight differences in the pictures and contents inside. If I'm not wrong one of them is the 2008 edition of the tour programme and the other one the 2009 edition. Parachutes and GS don't have a tour programme to my knowledge. All the other Eras have one. MX has this special vinyl pop-up book that no other era had.

Are you talking about official Coldplay releases (tour programmes...) or also inofficial Coldplay biographies ?

Recently got reminded of the Scientist screensaver download from that old 2002 Coldplay.com e-zine, and the fact that, amazingly, after 16 years those links still work. Whatever the source of the noise was, the official account of what happened has been called into question by many attendees (again, see Twitter replies to Global Citizen's tweet of the statement). And to be honest I trust those people's accounts (including the videos of the panic) more than the official version. Statements like that are always designed to refute any responsibility and ensuing legal trouble. I was in the Coldplay Munich security/bag chaos and there was a huge discrepancy between the official statement of the show promoter and what I experiencend and saw myself, I can only imagine it's similar here. Also...gun control, damnit !

I mean, I wasn't there, but the comments on Global Citizen's tweets and the general hashtag #GlobalCitizen were full with complaints from people who weren't let back in

I don't get why everyone says AROBTTH Era, it reminds me much more of the short haircut in the GS Era (perhaps indeed because he overall no longer looks like in the AROBTTH Era)... As for the Global Citizen incident, I gathered from first-hand accounts on Twitter that loads of people got trampled on and many were injured, people separated and belongings lost. Apparently several police officers down on the field told the crowd to leave because there was a shooter, thus propagating the panic. Global Citizen is heavily being criticized for just letting the show go on regardless, and worst of all for those who were told to run out, none of them was allowed back in !! Honestly, what a disastrous organization from both police/security and GC.

Aaand it's down again, for 1 minute and 10 seconds of ASFOS that has been claimed by Warner F*****g Music Group. : unamused:

I'd love for them to call it for Live 2017 because I like consistency too, but this might indeed not happen. I could see them calling it "A Head Full Of Dreams Live" (similar to "Ghost Stories Live 2014") or, if the focus is indeed on the documentary part, some phrase that could sum up their entire career so far (Up&Up, Adventure Of A Lifetime,....)

Thought the same, the sentence with the "day job" was a disappointing quote ! I wonder if he realizes that it is only because he is in Coldplay that he can afford these cars and this lifestyle...

But VLV and Princess of China are also songs with heavy studio backing track use, and yet these songs haven't given me trouble yet ? Also, ironically, it's not all of Clocks that was recognized and edited out. Just a part in the middle !

UPDATE: My full Munich video is back online after I let Youtube edit out the audio to Clocks and HFTW...

Can you tell me why only HFTW ? In my cases HFTW was indeed one of the claimed tracks, but not the only one. ASFOS is one of the others.

Yes, two of mine have been taken down so far and some from other people (and unfortunately I didn't save them before :() and all of these were from the AHFOD Tour !

Warner Music is massively cracking down on full Coldplay concerts on Youtube these days, including my full show recordings...some of them even though they were set to PRIVATE on Youtube ! I think it's just them being nasty, but since it seems to focus so much on full concerts, could there be a little chance it is because...Live 2017 is about to come up ? :eyes:
