I know, and that's really deplorable. Not every personal question has to be silly, though. For example, it would be more interesting to hear what the boys' personal thoughts on standing on that stage are rather than a lame question (with an obvious answer) like "Are Apple and Moses gonna watch it ?"

Regardless of the Beyonce issue, the press conference must have been the most stupid press conference of all time. And I mean the questions askes, not the answers by Coldplay ! These "journalists" asked so stupid questions (will Apple and Moses watch ? Did you phone Queen B ?) that I doubted their sanity sometimes

Glad you agree with me on "Formation" ! If we Coldplayers were in the same room, yes....but to the American TV masses it's gonna be the other way round. And I expect tmr's newspapers to be full of Beyonces new single debut instead of the Coldplay performance. I have "reserved" our TV for this evening. My roommate and her boyfriend said they might watch it here or go out. (I really hope they go out so I don't have to spend the evening with them....) Btw I recently heard her listening to a Bieber playlist and I'm afraid she would be of the Beyonce crowd :D

Oh my freaking goodness. I just listened to Formation and this is much, much worse than any other Beyonce song I have heard so far ! That's not even music, it's like spoken words over simple beats and shaking butts and legs. So Coldplay is gonna be backing band for this shit ? HUGE dislike.

I dislike them both equally, although I really like "Marry You"...

Random fact: Today is Coldplay's big day. (All grown up now, aren't they ? :D)

I often wonder whether I will be in the US long enough to see them....and I really hope so. I figured even if the AHFOD Era is not really to my liking, it woul be a huge experience to see them perform for the first time in a stadium with so many other fans. Fingers crossed that this dream of mine will come true....
