  1. CONGRATS !!
  2. It's Always In My Head !
  3. Not Trouble, WS or True Love ! In Eclipse there is a phrase that you can find in a Coldplay song, too !
  4. Actually I didn't :P
  5. This just reminded me of the line "When you fly wooon't you, won't you taaaaaake meeeee tooooooooooooooo" :D
  6. I ran away replied to maiu's topic in WoM Games
    LOL
  7. When are we gonna do the next party ?? Hopefully soon ! :D
  8. Sleeping Sun => Eclipse ("but the sun was eclipsed by the moon") And now, go get that Coldplay song ! (And remember....nothing is as it seems here, so do not hesitate !) EDIT: Not Clocks, and not related to time in any way
  9. According to entries in the tiemeline, they Coldplay were obsessive listmakers for their early gigs and goals. Blue
  10. Wish I could go back in time to see that event !
  11. No...did you find the PF song ?
  12. What about an acoustic song elimination in the future ? :D
  13. We still have the unreleased, the B-sides, the Live songs/albums...we could also do a Pre-Parachutes elimination etc.
  14. Well guessed ! The album is The Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd. Don't worry, you won't need any in-depth knowledge. The "See You Soon" and the moon and the B-side were hinting at the famous phrase "I'll see you on the dark side of the moon". Although I'm not sure if anthamic was just guessing at the song in general or was talking about the red sentences...they do indeed refer to Sleeping Sun ! Sleeping Sun touches on both mentioned subjects "a piece in a jigsaw...you've got your answers/answers wil come" Now (with a little help from google, if you're not familiar with PF) you should find the song from the DSOTM album that is the key to solving the Coldplay riddle !
  15. Nice that you're back ! Unfortunately, none of the guesses is in the right direction. I'll be more explicit now: 1. Moon...and B-side...does the moon possibly have a B-side ? 2. Guess the Coldplay song in which the themes/phrases of the red sentences (see above) appear. 1. will give you the name of one of the most famous albums of all time...and 2. will lead you to a particular song on that album. From there it's only a tiny step to the correct Coldplay song !
  16. Exactly ! I could even live with the dance beats if the production was better (I quite liked the live version, actually)
  17. I ran away replied to getithom's topic in Up&Up
Thanks, that is a really good explanation !
  18. And I really hope this will come to an end within the next few hours, because I am also beginning to get tired of it. Sorry everyone for making it so convoluted! :-/
  19. No, no, no, no....you need one more intermediate step before you get to the Coldplay song ! 1. Let me put it like this: This is about the moon. Does the moon have a B-side ? If yes, can you rephrase it ? 2. Find the Coldplay song that contanins themes/phrases from the red sentences. It is essential. 1 + 2 in combination will lead you to an intermediate result. From there on we can then find out the Coldplay song.
  20. I usually prefer studio versions to live versions (with a few exceptions like A Head Full Of Dreams (track))
  21. Similar here...I own a keyboard, an acoustic guitar and an electric guitar and I only ever manage to play the most simple melodies (on keyboard, that is. With my guitars I just get sounds....LOL)
  22. Will looking normal. I think he looks scary otherwise! :D Cover of You Only Live Twics vs. Cover of Can't Get You Out Of My Head
  23. Ghost Story was also a B-side to the ASFOS EP. The B-side clue has another meaning than we are looking for a B-side - see my latest post.
  24. All right, to sum up and push this riddle towards its final moments, here is a simplifie summary of what we have so far: Lying in the gutter, aiming for the moon. I'll be doing my best and I'll see you soon. Do you feel like a puzzle and you can't find your missing piece ? I still got no answers. I'm going to a B-side. 1. Find out what the red sentences mean. They point towards a song, but it is neither Talk nor Daylight. Which Song has these themes/words in one ? 2. So the story is: Someone wants to see somebody. And apparently it's on the moon. And we hae the clue "B-side"..can you combine that ?
