If you look closely, there is more from the AROBTTH Era too. See You Soon is from the Blue Room EP. But even Ghost Stories and AHFOD are mixed up in this, can you find it ? Of course Coldplay wouldnt say no, but I say from my point of view that I would feel more comfortable if that had not happened. It is indicative of a certain direction the band has taken - and again they are becoming bigger, not better. I really appreciate if you like their recent output; as you know I do not and I do not like the way their performance style is slowly drifting towards mainstream pop artist's performance style - jumping around all the time even at the expense of a significantly worse vocal performance, background dancers etc. The only thing that's missing now is Chris being lowered from the ceiling in a glittery costume with scantily-clad girls dancing around him. During the Viva Era, when they were artistically acclaimed, I would have supported the idea of them playing there, but during this Era...it might be a performance shaped by Monkey dancers and the likes thereof, and it is debatable if this is something you would wish for the band. That's my opinion.

Peppermint is related to the word pepper. Pepper can also be a name, as in Sgt. Pepper. On the album Sergeant Pepper the Beatles wore colorful costumes. The Beatles'costumes are similar to the costumes worn at the Brit Awards 2005 by a band called...Coldplay ! Chicken

No, not important at all, I'm just a grad student in a science lab...until two months ago I wasn't even paid for my work :) Thanks for asking, it went okay. The riddles are more the result of meddling around with lyrics than anything else :D I am afraid it does require knowledge of B-side lyrics, yes...but I guess in the end this riddle is best solved as a team effort and I'm sure that you will recognize many of the lyrics from album songs, too !

I'm in a way also looking forward to seeing the performance, but out of principle I have to stick to my opinion that they shouldn't have done that. And we all know they're not gonna be canceled. :)

The underlying melody is actually great. So sad that they wasted it on that song - they could have done so much more with it :(

Here is a hint to prevent this from going off in the wrong direction altogether (not directed towards you, AMDB9 - both your guesses were good and I could understand the reasoning behind it): Your best bet is to take the riddle apart and figure out what each part means. Always keep in mind the title phrase, it tells you how to approach it...

Yesterday evening I listenet to 25 in its entirety (the first Adele album I ever listened to) and I have to say I did not really like it... parts of Hello, When We Were Young and A Million Years Ago were really beautiful but not enough to make we want to listen to it again... That said, I do appreciate her singing ability.
