I'm going to try and stay grounded and assume we don't know the release date for the full album yet. I don't want to set myself up for disappointment. It is just a rumour after all and from what doesn't really seem to be a reliable source. However, I am content with the prospect of a December 4th release. I'm pretty confident the new single will drop in October though (several sources stating this and we've seen them filming already) so I'm boarding the hype train for that! ;D

(Thank you @ColdplayAtlas) Coldplay will play a 35 minute set! That's about 7 songs then :)

New song!!

I had a weird dream last night about the album track-listing... I dreamt that Coldplay released the names of all the tracks but there was a twist. The album revolved around the story of a couple's relationship and there were 2 sections on the track. The first section of the track was the perspective of the man. The second section was the perspective of the woman. They had some song names in it like "Moments" and "Heaven". Can't wait for the first single!

Hello there! I'm Brook. I thought it was time to introduce myself seeing as the AHFOD era has unofficially begun! :cool: I'm currently living in Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates). Before you ask...no, I'm not Arab. I'm actually an expat from the UK. For those of you who don't know where Dubai is, look at where the star is on this map (open the spoiler): I have been a dedicated and loving Coldplay fan for 4-5 years and I don't really know why I haven't visited this site sooner! My Favourite Album: AROBTTH (I never realised it was so widely considered to be "over-rated" until reading your opinions haha) My Favourite Song: The Scientist/Magic (it changes every few months...) Chris Martin (and Jonny Buckland right behind him) in India today covered in paint...is there a music video being filmed?! (got this from @ColdplayAtlas) Apparently the whole "Coldplay crew" was there!!

This is the Rolling Stones magazine cover. If you look around the left of the guys head, you'll see it mentions Coldplay. At the very top right of the cover, the date of the issue is the 10th September 2015. So hopefully we'll have some official news by then of the new album! :) Since it is labelled as a fall album, the official album will most likely be released between late September and late December.

I think it's even more unlikely Coldplay will play at this festival considering that Apple Music is direct contenders to Tidal. And also, like you said, the iHeart Radio Festival and Global Citizen Festival is also close by. I'm hoping they do though! :)
