hahahahaha well it makes me feel so much better. it's also a mental thing aswell. i feel better mentally and physically. going to the gym does do wonders. :idea2:

i go once a week. stay there for about 2 - 2 and a half hours. hmmm routine... 20mins treadmill 20mins bike 5 mins stepping thingymajiggy 5 mins some other random pulley thingy 5 mins some other random cycling thingy 50mins weights-room 20mins treadmill again and other random stuff to fill up the time. have i reached my goal? i didn't really have a goal. i started eating healthy and going to the gym about 3 months ago simply because i didn't want to die from cholesterol when i was 25. ;) i actually feel a tonne better after everything. :idea2:

exactly! he was so calm (a bit TOO calm) and everything; i was wondering throughout the game whether he cared AT ALL for this final. i was so shocked when he was doing his speech though. i'm glad he did cry but. it made everyone realise that this did actually mean alot to him. it was so touchiinngggg :cry: haha

completely agree with you there reillo. i must admit i toss it around alot with my real friends, we always say in a joking mannner LOVEEE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU but we've never really said it to each other in a meaningful way. as for family, i've never actually said i love you to any of them. if there is anyone in the world that i really love, it is my mum and dad. both my brothers too... but to me my parents first. but as i think someone said a page back, regarding family, i think love has to be shown through actions and emotions. when we're talking about love in the relationship sense, i'd have no clue because i've never been in a relationship. but if i were to use my friends as examples, they all seem to be "in love" and "really serious" about it in their words. and then 2 weeks later they've broken up. it makes me think. if there was real LOVE in the first place, how can you chuck it away 2 weeks later? evidently it wasn't ...love. most likely lust, or something to that effect.
