  1. Thank you so much, you said it so well. I agree and I can't compare that to a death of a parent. I believe it brought you so much wisdom and strenght. Your experience shows that it's possible to learn and go on. I also feel positive about my grandpa because I believe he still lives in another life. Thank you again!
  2. I feel for you, there must be many reasons for your state. May be you want to talk about that because it's hard to say anything without knowing your reasons, but if you don't,I hope you have already seeked for professional help or you would. Whatever is inside of you,"there's always an answer to anything",as Louis Zamperini said. I hope you'll find your answers and your way,if you want to talk, you can always do that,PM or public way. "Believe in miracles",as Coldplay said.
  3. Thank you so much for your kind words and beautiful article! :)
  4. I'll do that,thank you very much!
  5. I've been through the same 10 years ago,but memories are still fresh. The anxiety and fear is so present inside you I know that. Every new student will feel the same, just look at each person and imagine that you all feel pretty much the same. And live that fear and anxiety for a moment, let it pass through you. I've been feeling the same whole summer before moving from home to university and when I came there I felt horrible for like 10 days. That last day I woke up and told to myself:" That's enough,I'm stopping immediately! This is my home now and here I will LIVE. I decide to be happy here." With those words I broke that period of anxiety and I really started living and enjoying. Life on a student campus and 5 years of university were so deliberating for me and determined who I am now. I believe the same will happen to you! "Life is for living" :)
  6. I've just read it. I am really sorry and I hope you've been feeling better lately. Try to use those feelings for good and to learn about them. That brakeup should be some lesson for you. What did you learn about yourself, what should you change and what do you actually want? That's what I ask myself and it helps. "The hardest part was letting go,not taking part.." That verse helps me somehow to manage the wheel of my life. I wish you the best!
  7. Thanks so much to everyone! It means a lot to me!

  11. Thank you so much! I believe "Death will never conquer" so it brings me hope. The funeral is today so I must get prepared for emotions. I hope you have settled your emotions and live in peace because of your grandma.
  12. I've just discovered this topic so I'll join later. My grandpa passed away yesterday so it was emotional. I was thinking about all those who have lost their parents at early age and I know that happened to some Coldplay fans. It must be devastating so that helped me a lot.

  17. I was in elementary school at that time, but I didn't hear Yellow when it was released. First I heard In My Place and then I started researching Coldplay. I was in a highschool when I discovered them. Since then I moved away from home because of college,I started doing sports and dancing, changed several jobs,I got married, well a lot of things...but always with Coldplay around me :arobtth::ghoststories::gs::mx::viva::parachutes::x&y:

  21. What you said about killing ourselves to find God.. I think this part of the Gospel talks about that, but in a more light/easy way than "killing." Like leaving or loosing ourselves: Mt 16:24-26 4 Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. 25 For whoever wants to save their life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. 26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?"
  22. Great review! Thanks! :)
